Starry Eyed And Laughing's Tony Poole & Iain Whitmore have played music together ever since their days in the original Starry Eyed.
Their last album collaboration before the release of 'Bells Of Lightning' was this album by The Falcons, a country rock combo who only played a few gigs.

Released back in the MySpace and mp3.com days, the very Byrds-like "It's Gonna Rain Soon" caused quite a stir among Rickenbacker fans, and prompted Roger McGuinn to comment:

I've listened to "Fallen." The cover looks like a scene from "Chestnut Mare."

‘It's Gonna Rain Soon’ is exceptionally good. Great production, amazing compression and technique on the Rickenbacker, good vocals. Makes me want to record something like this myself!
